We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully.

We send a preview of the design to the email provided before sending it for printing. If we do not a confirmation for 48 hours, we send it for printing. No changes to a design can be made after that. Errors made on your part in names or sizes will not be refunded. You are welcome to email us at fizoshdesigns@gmail.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.

We do all the designing in-house and then work with professional vendors to print and ship our designs. All items are checked for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, immediately contact us on our email fizoshdesigns@gmail.com Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a printing error or product defect. 

We can accept cancellations or changes to orders within 2 hours of placing the order. Shipping addresses can be changed before shipping label is created.

NOTE: Fizoshdesigns.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
